Please Watch this. I cant tell you how true this is. everything takes work, and if you want to play at another level this is what it will take. Long hours on the wall... alone... time spent on the grass running the lines... work that does not get a cheer from the crowd... once you grasp this... everything else will fall into place. Things will not be handed to you. if you expect them to be... then you will be waiting a long time for it.
